Not For Images

I have a web site for finding job, hiring and want to use ML algorithm for that. Simply, There are companies and people who are looking for a job. The companies can 'like' CVs on the system. So I can match company and person profile according to some parameters. I want to use Machine Learning algoritm to suggest people to companies consediring these data. Can I use accord.net for this?

Sorry for answering this question this late, but I will leave the answer in the hope it can be useful for other users in the future.

At the time this question was asked it was not possible to build a document matching pipeline using the framework because Accord.Text had not been added to the project yet. However, now it should be currently possible to transform job descriptions and user resumes to feature vectors using TF-IDF and then perform the matching in multiple ways, such as for example, using a k-NN classifier (probably in similar way to the method for matching images in KNearestNeighborMatching.
