Champ select improvements

Improvements could include:

• Custom champion filters (like the current role-based ones). (Champion groups, settings and plugin loading tweaks. #13)
• Sorting on mastery.
• Displaying chest received/champion mastery on champion icons.
• Tooltips with general information about the champion (like the collections screen).

If possible:

• Changing skin early (instead of when everyone has locked in).
• Random skin (idea shamelessly stolen from LES).

Hi molenzwiebel!
First off, thanks so much for these plugins! The skins owned tab sold me alone :P
In champ select, the mastery page did not resize to the size that I had changed the client to. It may be a problem with the mastery window itself, because it does not seem to move or scale in any way. Just wanted to mention it.

Also, I just had this thought - would it be possible to add a feature like "Auto Add Bots" when creating custom games? For when I want to try weird jungle builds or just mess around, I like making SR games and adding 9 bots. Not sure how requested a feature like this would be though, since I don't know how often full-bot custom games get played, heh. Also, at the moment LCU doesn't seem to have bots enabled on SR.

I definitely like the Random skin idea, I've wanted this.
