i had config proxy by router , so i access website https://chat.openai.com/ is normal work ,but python call v1 is throw exception

This is a new feature from https://github.com/acheong08/ChatGPT/releases/tag/5.3.0 which checks the official API for access and falls back to proxy if it fails
