Add Segment Anything module

I know work has already started, but I open the issue so that relevant people can keep status.

Indeed, I think the module is quite popular and would be a nice addition to the catalog.
Not sure which base repo was taken as a reference, but making a quick search, the most popular I found were:

• SAM (not maintained)
• SAM 2
• SAM + DYNO (ie. not only segment but also label)

Actually, I have used the sam model from Hugging Face for training and inference, and based on the documentation, the original code comes from the first repository that you mentioned above

All the checkpoints are loaded from there
