⚡️ Add support to Get Group Request Participants

What problem does your feature request solve?

As a Group Manager, It would be nice If I could automate Group Request Participants via API .
I see that whatsmeow supports this feature.

Future improvement could be to support UpdateGroupRequestParticipants for approve or reject requests to join the group.
Once added I think the admin UI could allow for aproving / rejecting users that request to join.
The UI could be like the list participants in a group with actions as Aprove/Reject.

Describe the solution you are proposing.

Phase 1:
Support https://pkg.go.dev/go.mau.fi/whatsmeow#Client.GetGroupRequestParticipants and show a view only version in UI.

Phase 2:
Support UpdateGroupRequestParticipants and allow for actions

@aldinokemal Looks like I can't make it work.
I am admin in some groups and the owner in other ones.
It might be related to the @lid problem? the /user/my/groups returns @lid JID and it might not match..

I am on version v6.0.1.

How about the REST API?
Maybe that's a bug in the UI.

/group/participant-requests?group_id=XXXX

You can use version 6.1.1 for this fix.
