⚡️ Add optional outgoing / fromMe & webp support

What problem does your feature request solve?

I know it's not planned in 2023 #91

But outgoing messages would be useful for bot makers to:

1. integrate with other app and AI to give more contextual aware replies not just dumb bot
2. temporary paused bot when agent (user in whatsapp apps) is replied
3. getting a full conversation in nice looking chatwoot

Also adding webp support would be nice as website now use webp
