WireGuard `kernelMode` is obsolete and is replaced by `noKernelTun`

Hello there
Since Xray-core v24.10.31 The WireGuard outbound kernelMode has been changed to noKernelTun.
X-UI v1.9.1 still uses kernelMode which has no effect.
