fix: disable search box persistence beyond sessions (#148)

Includes: https://github.com/wevm/vocs/pull/121/files which scopes the
remembering of search inputs to the session rather than persist across
them

In practice this means you no longer should have manually clear out the
search box the next time you search for something whilst keeping it so
that you see your last input if you continue searching within a session
