it's not clear currently. the only thing that implies that is the note at the very bottom, which says withdrawing shielded assets is "equivalent to selecting Unshield and then IBC Unshield from the topbar."

without scrutinizing the note, the instructions imply that you can withdraw assets in shielded form - which sounds very exciting but on second thought also impossible at this time. could be dangerous for some users who don't realize that.
