Disable automatic archive #252
Description
Hello,
I run joal on my laptop and thus often turn off/on and something in area where the torrent fail, and they are thus moved in archived/ directory, I don't see the point here and would like to disable this. After some research, I found two place

Where people mention this and you say that you are rewriting the program with this new feature. However I don't find any documentation on it and how to do that.
Is it possible ?
