New keywords don't highlight after IDE library installation #5415

Using Arduino IDE 1.6.13 Hourly Build 2016/09/23 03:33 with Windows 7 64 bit
After installing a library via Library Manager or Sketch > Include Library > Add .ZIP Library the newly added keywords for that library don't highlight until the IDE is restarted or a board with a different platform is selected.
