Can we please have the possibility to add a subscription on the whole account instead of a single LogGroup? This would be extremely helpful especially in the multi-account deployment
Having so, it would be also very handy to be able to filter out some of the LogGroups from the whole account. So, effectively, we have an opt-out instead of having to log all groups in one by one.
Use Case
When you set up your AWS Service Log on Centralized Logging with Opensearch solution, on the main panel, you should be able to pick up all the log groups from the account, instead of picking all of them manually one by one. This is very uneffective in out multi-account setup.
It would be even better to be able to filter out some of the log groups from the whole account pick. So for example if you have 30 log groups on account A, and want to subscribe 28 of it, you wold just pick up "account A" and filter out two of the log groups.
