Describe the feature

I have created a lot of application pipelines. Now it is becoming difficult to find the pipelines as there are only 10 pipelines shown in the (Centralized Logging with OpenSearch > Application Log) Page and if I have to find a pipeline I have to go through the pages to manually look for it.

Proposed Solution

The suggestion is to allow us to list more than 10 pipelines per page (possibly using a dropdown with <10,50,100> options so users can list more pipelines and then use browser's (Ctrl + F) feature to easily search. Or even better provide a fuzzy search box at the top of the page that can quick help find the pipeline. Whichever is easier to implement.
