With the newly released end-to-end IAM auth for RDS proxy, the CDK should support setting a default authentication scheme on RDS proxies, both in creating a proxy, and in the addProxy method on the DatabaseCluster construct.

Use Case

I want to use end to end IAM auth with RDS proxies to minimize the number of database secrets that must be managed.
