What do you want to change?
To make a lighter HITL dashboard version we should use electrons packaging feature to make a normal application that less software orientated members can open.

Why make that change?
This will allow more people to use the dashboard for testing.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We could teach everyone terminal commands or make a script but this shouldn't take too much time
