Missing Khas Graphics Library 2.0

Describe the bug
Games not booting properly due to it cannot finding Khas Graphics Library 2.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open game
2. Profit

Expected behavior
Game boots fine

Does the game crash at startup?
Technically it doesnt but you cant go in the game.

Do other games launch with the same issue?
i dont have any other game at hand so idk

Are you using the compatibility tool to run in the steam platform?
No just right click > cicpoffs

This game is very dependent on windows api, I can try to make dummy patches but it may not succeed
