Building the application takes 5+ minutes

Describe the bug
Running npm run build makes the application get stuck on "Collecting page data" for 5+ minutes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run npm run build

Expected behavior
Should be fairly fast

Additional context
Seems to be an issue with NextJS and ace-builds/esm-resolver.

When this is fixed, we need to update CI to run build again.
