DS920+ and 5GBit Adapters

Hello all,

I have bought two 5G adapters from Amazon specifically for trying out this driver together with my DS920+. These adapters are the following:

UGREEN 5 Gbps USB C LAN-adapter, ethernet-adapter
WAVLINK 5Gbps USB C to Ethernet Adapter

I’m using a converter from usbc to a from ugreen and have connected both adapters to both front and back usb ports.

Unfortunately, after following the installation steps, commands, rebooting and running, - nothing happens in my network interface overview. Rebooted several times while swapping the adapters. No hotswaps.

A led on the wavelike blinks orange when connected and both adaptors have been tested on my MacBook (to verify they work) however the connection between the nas and the devices won’t establish.

How can I troubleshoot? I see the device (on the nas) with lsusb. I got the geminilake download for my ds920+ and I run the latest DSM version of 7.2.2.

Yes, I looked at the troubleshooting page! I followed the things mentioned on the page but it unfortunately didn't seem to bring me anywhere.

I made an elaborate issue here with logs and such, in case you have time to look over it.
