DSM 7.3.1 with some bugfixes is released. Works on my 218+ without issue, driver was already installed. I am using two 2,5 Gbit adapters, have to "install the udev rules" - hot plug again to have both adapters online.
sudo bash /var/packages/r8152/scripts/install-udev-rules
