CH585D Implementation

Hi @biemster would you be interested in implementing this into a CH585D that can have real key rotation just like a NRF52 would? I have commercial application willing to pay for the work. I understand that CH592 lacks key rotation and can become a problem long term, being dropped from the network due to repeating the same keys after sometime.

Hi @raimilson , I've been working with the ch585 extensively last month, this is definitely possible. Do you need this to be added to an already existing firmware in your application or a standalone one?

I need to implement the find my / haystack on it. My concern with CH592 is that it cannot generate keys, and at some point will dropped from Apple's network due to repeated keys. From what I understood CH585D can work same as NRF, generating random keys.

Every ch5xx can be programmed as an openhaystack tag, including key rotation. If the ch585 is not a hard requirement you could consider the ch570/2 as well which is cheaper. Also the ch592 can be programmed to do key rotation.
We could discuss this further by mail or another platform (I think I sent you a request on discord?), gh issues are a bit cumbersome for this.
