cleaning video's original language subtitles file + model type options

Hey,
thank you for your work, it works wonderfully.
can you add an option that will save only the target lang srt file? (i think that should be the default while saving the original language subs should be left optional)
also, sometimes vosk not always the most accurate it can be, can you add an option for using the full model instead of the small one?
