Release browser pipeline files in public requester-pays bucket

We have gotten a few requests to share gnomAD browser pipeline files from the Federated gnomAD sites hoping to set up their own versions of the browser. If there are files that can be made public, could you store them in public rather than private buckets with requester-pays enabled to allow other sites to set up their own browser instances?
