[DASHBOARDS] Bug: Debt management dashboard response code tables are blank

Describe the bug
On the Debt Management Payments Dashboard, the "Response Code by Transaction Volume" and "Declines by Response Code" fields are blank. Georgia Jones (Rebel) states that this is because the Payments Team Warehouse.staging.stg_littlepay__authorisations_v3 table has been deprecated, and the questions need to be changed to use mart_payments.fct_payments_authorisations.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Visit the Debt Management dashboard
2. Select the Declines tab
3. Note the two empty visualizations

Expected behavior
The visualizations display the associated data

Additional context
@mrtopsyt currently lacks access to edit this dashboard.

Just a quick note - I noticed that Jarvus have uploaded a new Authorisation table: ‘mart_payments.fct_payments_authorisations’.

It looks like this has replaced the old one (Payments Team Warehouse.staging.stg_littlepay__authorisations_v3), which was being used for a couple of dashboards on the Declines tab of the Debt Dashboard. https://dashboards.calitp.org/dashboard/193-cal-itp-debt-management-dashboard?tab=29-declines&operator=&date_filter=2023-03-31~. As a result, two visualisations aren’t working anymore.

Would you mind updating the two visualisations to point to the new Authorisation table when you get a chance? Please let me know if this makes sense, or if you’d like me to clarify anything.

Thanks for getting back to me – I had a check and it was locked for everyone. I’ve now gone in and re-created the visuals, and they’re linked up to the updated database – so all sorted!

Reviewed the central debt management dashboard and all visuals are working.
