XFEL GUI Feature Request: Button to restart run stats sentinel

Can we have a button to resurrect the run stats sentinel? Is that a silly question?

What if clicking the light started it back up again? Of course it shouldn't crash, if it does that's a bug we should fix.

i think the cause of the crash with the mysql database version mismatch we discussed last week. that being said, i like the idea of being able to resurrect the sentinels with a button press.
