create statically-compiled release versions of the break-time binary

It would be nice to automatically provide statically-compiled release versions of break-time. People should be able to download these any automatically start using them.

Ideally, these statically-compiled release versions would be build with GitHub CI and automatically uploaded for each release.

I took a quick look at this. It appears that there is no easy way to build something like pkgsMusl.break-time or pkgsStatic.break-time with nix.

I imagine that a better approach would be to use one of the GitHub CI Rust actions for statically linking a Rust binary (and then upload it as a release product?)
