Grammar mistake + mention of functionality (#355)

* Update home.md

Include that jailbreaks, particularly tweaks, allow us to not only change the look and feel of our devices but in some cases allow for additional functionality; such as full USB tree access with sandbox escapes.

* Update faq.md

Fixed a typo and added in reference to functionality.
