Enable npm start

npm start is currently not possible. Needs to be provided.

In the README it's specified to use:

pm2 startOrRestart ecosystem_my.json

I think forcing pm2 is overkill. Simply using npm should be enough. Besides that, pm2 will require extra work when making the app "Docker enabled" as docker requires a nodejs process to run in the FOREGROUND.
