gdbgui crashes every time I try to run it

I just installed gdbgui, and whenever I try to execute gdbgui it craches and gives the following error:

yeah I got the same issue here

I noticed on this release there is no binary. I tried to use an older version binary and it seems to work. However I ran into some other problems there :(
