Crash: ValueError: time data

dsame.py dies processing messages, worked fine in 2019, doesn't work in 2020.
Have attached a screen shot of the error.

Just an update, the script is working again unmodified. I'm curious it just went boom as it was Jan 1st that it crashed with that error, perhaps it didn't like it?
