Annotate all cubes with the source of the dataset

I've started to annotate cubes with the source of the data, using the following format:

 <Cube name="casen_banking">
   <Annotations>
      <Annotation name="source_name">Encuesta CASEN</Annotation>
      <Annotation name="source_link">http://observatorio.ministeriodesarrollosocial.gob.cl/casen-multidimensional/casen/basedatos.php</Annotation>
   </Annotations>
  <!-- ... -->
</Cube>

@pachamaltese I'm missing source information for some of them, please point me to where I can find that.
