net_gethostbyname failed with DX2 Installer

Trying to modify a new WiiU, this error occurs when attempting to download.

Booted up D2X installer on an already modded wii, and the same error occurs.

There are no apparent issues with internet connection.

For wii (not wiiu/vwii) you can use ModMii for windows to install d2x cIOSs until a solution is found
