Weekly testing for DPM #21925
Description
- Weekly manual testing is sufficiently quick that we're willing to double its duration by adding instructions for DPM - we'll make the DPM instructions even shorter in a few places.
- If tests fail on DPM, whoever is testing should still mark the release as working, but they should ping Sam to get him to fix DPM. (We will update the instructions to reflect this)
- Most of the Daml repo already has install tests, so it wouldn't be useful to make DPM run those, since it has its own tests for installing components. Sam will add DPM tests in IntegrationTests, which does testing around daml new / daml build.
- Update the Readme.md in release directory?
