This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.

When I edit a code in a multitarget project, Visual Studio constantly hangs.
I've recorded a performance trace from my session.
Use https://github.com/Ecierge/Elmish.Uno/tree/Ecierge as a sample project.
Visual Studio also affects Windows performance itself
