Description

Everything that is marked as obsolete inside https://github.com/dotnet/maui/blob/main/src/Controls/src/Core/LegacyLayouts/Layout.cs should get marked as Obsolete IsError = true

Once those changes have been made rebuild everything and fix any build errors
