[FR] Add ability to change device SSID wifi settings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Out of the box the device broadcasts it's SSID on the 2.4ghz spectrum on channel 1 with a channel width of 40mhz and I can't see any way to alter them. These settings are not ideal and could impact performance of other wireless networks/devices, especially using 40mhz channel width.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally we'd be able to change wifi channel and the default channel width should be set to 20mhz or at the very least switchable between 20/40mhz.
