File operation background tasks in web client #2072

Using the web client to start copying/moving a sizable amount of data shows a full screen blackout with a spinner in the middle, at this point i might think the app froze so i close the tab. Now when i reopen sftpgo web client there is no way to know that the file operation is still running or to view any information about it.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a simple tasks section somewhere in a corner showing at least some basic information about currently running file operations and a progress bar. That way users are not confused and know their long lived tasks are running in the background, there is no need to duplicate them, and that it is safe to log out of the web client if they so choose.
