Issue while trying to install the library via pip

Hi, 
I am trying to install the library via pip but I get the error message 
"ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement libSLM (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for libSLM".

How can I solve this ?
