Add Real-time Spam Detection via API Integration

Currently, SpamLyser works well for analyzing uploaded datasets and messages within the app. However, it lacks a real-time API endpoint that external applications (such as chat platforms, email services, or SMS gateways) could integrate to detect spam dynamically.

This makes it harder to deploy SpamLyser in production environments where on-the-fly spam detection is required.
