We need an easy way to compare WG scores against IFS and AIFS during model development.

The easiest solution is to implement a dedicated reader that handles csv scores.

Describe alternatives you've considered

json converter, but it would be yet another script. To be considered only if this reader becomes a bottleneck in time, which it hasn't at the moment.
