[ENHANCEMENT]: more flexibility for scheduler

The weather is unclear at the moment: heating on or off?
My idea is to add a custom value(1,2,3) to the condition block- so I could use a ( custom made) mean temperature as comparison to e.g. 15 degrees.
There could be two conditions: custom value (1) higher than - or lower than. The same is already existing for defined values like e.g. DHW or outside temperature

This custom value could be coupled in your flow with the same logic like other external sensors (like humidity, outside temperature or measured power with S0 from Heishamon- oh no, that doesn't exist for now: wrong example, please delete last one 😉)
