Dealing with API rate limits

Describe the bug

I have create two extra developer apps in the Home Connect developers portal and added the Application Credentials.

After adding the two new Integration entries, all three appears in Home Connect Alt integration. I selected a different Application Credentials for each.

Problem occurs when trying to disabled appliances in each entry, by using the CONFIGURE button. After saving the Application settings advanced options, they appear in all three entries, not only the one I clicked on.

I can't reproduce this behavior, when I set the configuration on one entry it's applied only to that entry. Please restart HA and attach the full log file.
