Volvo cars is suffering from the feature disparity between Terreform provider and Elastic API, especially on the possibility to create reroute processor

Be able to use create reroute processor via the Elasticstack Terraform provider

Describe alternatives you've considered
Direct use of the API is possible, either direct or via Ansible, etc, however it is a break in the configuration flow and doesn't allow state management.

Volvo cars is heavily using Terraform provider for their Observability as a Service on Elastic Cloud.
