Ember data tab empty on initial render #2690

Describe the bug
The Data tab is empty on first render
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Data tab
- See panel is empty
- Click any of the filters
- See the models are now shown
Expected behavior
The data panel should show the models without needing a re-render
