Allow filtering per-class blocks in the palette #218
Description
What Happened
The blocks palette (aka "blocks picker") is a mix of general blocks that every node has (eg. "On process") and per-class blocks that depend on the class attached (eg. "Set modulate" for any node that inherits CanvasItem class). This makes the per-class blocks hard to find.
Proposal: Add a filter in the Block Code toolbar to filter the general blocks and show only the per-class blocks.
