Tool do not conform to Wasm OCI Artifact layout (Consider deprecating the tool)

I tried to use this tool, unsuccessfully. In the past, it worked, but nowadays, it just pushes the raw WASM bytes onto remote registry without any manifest. It should conform to Wasm OCI Artifact layout, which at this point is an approved standard.

A working alternative to this project, could be the wkg project.
