Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Ketcher micromolecules mode
2. Draw platinum with any number of bonds and/or any charge. For example:
   

Actual behavior
Ketcher underlines all platinum atoms and gives valence warning for all of them:

Expected behavior
Acceptable valences for platinum are 2 and 4. Ketcher shouldn't underline or give an error for platinum atoms with those valences.
