Create a proper static site using a generator (like Zola)

I guess we will need to have some discussion regarding what content is on the landing page, but at the very least we can point people to various resources:

- Self-hosted documentation
- `esp-rs` organization
- Book, training material, etc.
- Awesome list
- ???
