Installation failure due to yanked dependency

Based on https://github.com/esp-rs/espflash/blob/main/espflash/README.md#installation, use --locked or binstall it. Once indicatif release a new patch version the warning will go away.

Indicatif has released 0.18 because they made a breaking change, they probably won't release 0.17.13. Unless you're using features from 0.17.12 you should set your dependencies as low as possible so that cargo can use 0.17.11 instead. Unlucky timing...

Yes, a bit unfortunate. I've added to the 4.1 milestone, we can bump it there. For now we have the --locked workaround.
