And run a antithesis run.

Confirm that Antithesis can detect regression.

Use a version of etcd that is known to have a correctness bug (from the robustness track record) and run it with Antithesis.

Based on #19944, add a new build target for the known-buggy etcd version, and configure an Antithesis test run using that version.

Why is this needed?
This will help confirm that Antithesis is capable of detecting known regressions, validating its effectiveness as a correctness-checking tool. It ensures that previously discovered bugs still trigger alerts, making Antithesis a reliable component of the CI pipeline for preventing reintroductions of old bugs.

@serathius with #19944 we can run a specific target version of etcd. That's the server side. For the client side, do we need a new antithesis driver?

No, existing driver should be able to reproduce.

With #20048 I think we should be able to build old etcd release v3.5.0 that we know has issues and run it in antithesis. This should reproduce something, hopefully.
