Portable support for settings

Current Situation

The current program allows to be run directly from the unzipped folder without installation, but all settings are stored at [profile].config\tidal_dl_ng.

In particular: settings.json and token.json

Therefore there is no way to run it in a portable way since it always needs those files at the user profile folder, something totally undesirable for portable usage or when you don't have the necessary permissions.

Suggestion / Feature Request

Either store the settings along the program by default or offer some setting to support it.

By doing that, the program would be 100% portable.

agreed! also the log files should be in the program's folder...
this way all the files are in the same installation folder, pack it up and go.
